    Yes! We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for clients located in New Jersey, New York, and Maryland. Whether you prefer to meet from the comfort of your home or have a busy schedule, we’re happy to accommodate. 😊

    Individual sessions are 60 minutes long, Family and Couples Therapy are 90 minutes long, and frequency depends on your goals and availability. Some clients come weekly, while others may come bi-weekly or monthly. Your therapist will work with you to create a schedule that feels right for you. 📅
